GRAPES: Vranac.
ORIGIN: Ćemovsko polje, microlocality Aerodrom.
WINE MAKING AND AGING: Traditional maceration and vinification, but with specific technological process by by which the contents of proanthocyanidols, the natural ingredients of grapes which have the power to bind the free radicals as well as the beneficial effect on human body, was increased.
COLOUR: Very dark red colour, typical for Montenegrin Vranac.
AROMA: In long finish wine keeps its basic fruity – spicy character. Intense aromas of black fruits, such as blackberries and blueberries, while in the background intertwined tones of cherries, dried herbs and coffee.
TASTE: Tannins are noticeable, but woven into a soft, smooth and intense finish of fruity – spicy character.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14.10% Vol.
