Description
GRAPES: Vranac, autochthonous Montenegrin variety.
ORIGIN: Ćemovsko polje.
WINE MAKING AND AGING: Vinification has been done in inox tanks at the temperatures ranging from 23 to 25°C, maceration time of 10 to 12 days and aging in inox tanks up to two years.
COLOUR: Intensive ruby – red colour with purple hues.
AROMA: Prevailing red fruit, sour cherries, dark forest fruit, prunes with vanilla tones.
TASTE: It is full on taste, rich in alcohol and extract. Spicy notes in the aftertaste leave the lingering taste of fullness and warmth. It is of a very pleasant astringency, which gives it the possibility of laying down and maturing.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.6% Vol.
