Description
GRAPES: Sauvignon Blanc.
ORIGIN: On the pebbly soil in the inshore of Skadar Lake, variety Sauvignon Blanc gave very refreshing, aromatic white wines with intense minerality which further proves the specific terroir (microlocality: Nikolj crkva i Tuzi).
WINE MAKING AND AGING: Fermentation has been done in inox tanks up to 16°C, wine aged on the fine lees from 6 to 12 months.
COLOUR: Straw – yellow with green hues.
AROMA: Rounded and very refreshing wine, citrus tones with tones of elder flower and green pepper.
TASTE: Good mouthfeel, citrus character dominates on taste including mineral tones, supported with elegant acids.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.77% Vol.
